Objective The main objective of this course is to provide a relatively comprehensive survey of the literature on international strategic alliances and partnerships and help students to develop an understanding of the strategic foundation, the governance structure and the dynamics of these organizational structures
Content Lecturing, literatüre review and research paper.
Course Learning Outcomes At the end of the course, students should:
- Have an understanding on methods for forming, implementing and executing high-performance international strategic alliances and partnerships
- Exhibit knowledge of advances and developments in the field of cooperative strategies and international strategic alliances
- Demonstrate knowledge of research in the field of international strategic alliances
- Comprehend and effectively employ appropriate research methodologies
- Formulate and apply solutions to research problems and effectively interpret research results
