Objective In this course, subjects such as working principles of film and tv cameras, lightining ,sound and composition will be taught. During totally one education term, course programme involves theoratical and applied methods.

5. week: Shooting appliances; filters and extra objectives.

6. week: Application of camera

7. week: Midterm exam

8. week: Lightining Tools (natural and artificial light sources)

9. week: Measuring light and directing light.

10. week: Basic rules in lightining

11. week: Application of lightining

12. week: Definition of Sound, microphones and their orinetation characteristics

13. week: Utilization of sound in optic and magnetic environment

14. week: Movie set applications
Course Learning Outcomes At the end of this course the student,
-student learns the working principles of film and video cameras.
-accomplishes the knowledge of image,s ound and composition.
-is capable of usingvideo camera professionally for shooting
