Objective The knowledge gathered within this course will generate a base to apply strategic communication in crisis and risk situations. This course aiming to enhance the knowledge and skills on prediction, management, controlling and evaluating, seeks also to improve critical and analytical perspective.

Course Learning Outcomes At the end of this course student can;

1. Acknowledge the theories and concepts on crisis and risk management.
2. Calculate risks, issues and crisis.
3. Manage inconsistent information environment in the case of crisis and risk situations and evaluate its effects.
3. Elaborate a crisis plan.
4. Realize analytical and ethical questioning on the domain.
