Objective The aim of this course is to examine the effects of digitalization on labor law, providing students with the ability to recognize, analyze, and develop solutions to the legal issues that arise in digital working environments. The course will cover current topics such as remote work, artificial intelligence, automation, data protection, digital surveillance, and platform-based work, and will explore how labor law adapts to digital transformation.

Course Learning Outcomes Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Explain the fundamental effects of digitalization on labor law.
Analyze the legal dimensions of remote work, flexible work models, and the platform economy.
Evaluate the impact of digital technologies on employer-employee relationships.
Identify legal regulations related to data protection and digital surveillance practices.
Interpret the impact of artificial intelligence and automation on the workforce from a labor law perspective.
Develop solutions to labor law disputes arising from digitalization.
