Content

Objective

To introduce macroeconomic aggregates
To analyze the behavior of entire economiesvia basic models such as classical and keynesian models.
To study economic policies as a tool to decrease unemployment by taking into account the factors that affect their efficiency.

Course Content

The course focuses on the analysis of a nation's economic activity as measured by national accounting.

Course Learning Outcomes

The course aims to provide information on the relationships between different economic variables such as national income, national savings, investment, etc.
