Objective Giving the concept of history of cinema to the students who are
planning to make a carrier and help them to see the technological
and sociological evolution of the cinema.

Course Learning Outcomes By the end of this course, students will;
- acquire knowledge of the advent of cinema, how it evolved from a simple technological invention into an important sociological phenomenon
- know about the different trends, directors and films that have marked history
- can reflect on contemporary and future cinema with a solid historical grounding

18 They use public relations and advertising strategies and tactics appropriate to the specificities of conventional and new media
