Objective The aim of the course is to have the basic concepts of OSH law and be aware of the legislation and court decisions in this area.
Content Within the context of this course, the subject and the basic elements of OSH law will be presented, the duties and responsibilities of the employer in this area will be introduced with all aspects. The discussion will be based on real-life cases and stories.
Course Learning Outcomes The students will have a knowledge of OSH law and develop their capacity of critical analysis.
