Objective The era of disinformation or 'fake news', in which the distinction between information and non-information, as well as between reliable and unreliable sources, are increasingly blurred, necessitates the application or translation of critical thinking skills based on ethical-philosophical perspectives to the processes of generating and/or processing all types of 'communication content'.
Content In terms of philosophical communication, the critique of various "communication contents" across different platforms and the production of "communication content" from a philosophical communication perspective.
Course Learning Outcomes At the end of this course, the student will acquire skills in:
* Developing projects
* Analyzing communication contents from a philosophical communication perspective
* Critiquing communication contents from a philosophical communication perspective
* Producing communication content with a philosophical communication perspective
* Identifying fallacies in communication contents
* Producing content related to the relationships between fallacies in communication contents, hate speech, propaganda, and fake news
* Writing thematic reports on circulating communication contents.
