Objective The course objective is to give students the necessary tools to analyze and discuss ontological texts and endow them with a philosophical approach for the understanding of the relationships between major scientific themes and the question of “being” .
Content Students will acquire the capacity of analyzing and assessing issues specific to ontology through lectures of major philosophical texts.
Course Learning Outcomes Learning Principal Concepts of the ontological domain. Learning argument analysis and producing argumentation.
Teaching and Learning Methods Classical academic course format, interactive discussions, student presentations, site internet for homework upload and reference material distribution.
