Objective The objective of the course is to familiarize the students with different approaches, tools and principles of strategic management.
Content
Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of the course the student should be able:

1. to address different theories and practices of strategic management with a critical stance.
2 .to conduct environmental analysis.
3. to assess strategic groups and critical success factors.
4. to perform a value chain analysis and functional analysis.
5. to prepare a TOWS matrix by taking into consideration the characteristics of the company and environmental factors.
