Objective This course aims to clarify the techniques necessary for mastering projects: definitions and identifications of the components of a project, organizational choices, formalizing objectives, risk analysis, project structuring, planning, coordination projects, resource management, communication, progress and closing project. It then deals with the monitoring of funding projects in a multicultural environment and explains the main operating mechanisms and control.
Content 1. course: General introduction to the methodology of project management (definition, etc.).

2. course : Fundamentals of Project (purpose, actors, context, time, resources and approaches )

3. course : Phases and tools ( Phase 0 = Phase Study and Phase 1 = Initialization )

4. course : Phase 2 = Design and Phase 3 = Achievement (organization, formalization of solutions )

5.course : Phase 4 = Implementation and Phase 5 =Operation ( Realization of the pilot site, performance and adjustments of the tests) +

6.course: Auditing Project management and application in the classroom

7.course: Mid-term exam

8.course: Preparation and monitoring of projects financed by the Bank of Development of the Council of Europe

9. course: Presentation of the bank and cycle of the loan application

10. course: Preparation of feasibility report on project financing (1)

11. course: Preparation of feasibility report on project financing (2)

12.course: Project Funding

13.course: Evaluating Project progress ( Monitoring Report , modification and project completion report )

14.course: Application in the classroom

1. technical and interpersonal skills of project management,

2. knowledge on the preparation and organization of a project, the project cycle, planning, resource utilization, risk anticipation, communication before, during and after the project,
