Objective | Supply Chain Management (SCM) is about the management of material and information flows in multi-stage production-distribution networks. Driven by fierce global competition and enabled by advanced information technology, many companies have taken initiatives to reduces costs and at the same increase responsiveness to changes in the marketplace. This course will provide students with the knowledge and the tools necessary to develop, implement, and sustain strategies for managing supply chain issues. |
