Objective The aim of the course is to ensure that students have a general understanding of general conditions of employment and their impact on labour relations.
Content After general conditions of employment are introduced, their types will be emphasized. During the course, practical work will be done and current problems will be discussed.
Course Learning Outcomes Students will be familiar with the legislation on general conditions of employment. They will review the jurisprudence and will prepare a paper on this subject.
