Objective | Providing knowledge to students on the necessary materials needed while preparing international commercial contracts |
Content | It's an international commercial law course where, after the discussion of the law to be applied on the basis of international commercial contracts, the transfer of lex mercatoria theory and alternative dispute settlement mechanisms outside the state justice (such as international arbitration and arbitration), the usual clauses used in practice, uniform rules and model contract texts will be introduced. |
Course Learning Outcomes | Students will have knowledge of the types of contracts used in international trade, the provisions used in these contract types, and the establishment and preparation of these contracts. |
