Course Learning Outcomes Understanding of specific concepts to the legal systems studied. - Familiarity with the other criminal laws. - The development of critical analysis, based on the understanding of the relativity of different legislative choices adopted and the basis of these differences. - Awareness of fundamental rights in the legislative drafting and implementation of criminal law. - Strengthening the ability of students to build their own field of analysis from the comparison.

1 Recognizing fundamental legal concepts, defining, interpreting and using them.
2 Recognizing fundamental disciplines of law and their content, including legislation, case-law and the doctrine in the relevant discipline.
3 Recognizing positive norms in the legislation and being able to define and explain the principals of methodology.
4 Being able to determine, identify and restate legal problems.
