Objective The aim of this course is to introduce the activities carried out by the State and other public legal entities in the economic field, and especially to evaluate the restrictions and rules imposed on the free market economy from an organic and functional perspective.
Content The course content is stated under the title "Subject Headings"
Course Learning Outcomes At the end of this course, students could:
• Learn the interventions that the state can make into the free market economy through planning and incentive activities.
• Distinguish the mixed legal regime to which public companies are subjected.
• Recognize the competences and responsibilities of the independent regulatory and supervisory authorities.
• Determine the rights and obligations of the Turkish Wealth Fund and other kinds of funds.
• Increase knowledge and skills regarding privatization practices.
