| Objective | Students can completely understand ‘law’s a social phenomenon’ They get that making and practicing of law should care social reality. Students should understand specific logic of ‘social’. |
| Content | The course is divided into two parts. The first part covers the basic concepts of sociology of law and provides students with an understanding of the main points of discussion in sociology of law. The second part focuses on thinkers and elaborates on the basic concepts covered in the first part. |

1. Students can be aware of the different perspectives about positive and ‘living law’ or law in books and law in life 2. They get a skill which can look at themselves and at their legal system from outside. |
