Objective The aim of the course is to provide comprehensive knowledge to students about liability insurance that differ from property insurance in in many aspects, especially in terms of risk. For this purpose, the course shall be held with analysis of judicial decisions in the light of the provisions of liability insurance included under the Turkish Commercial Code and the general terms and conditions regarding liability insurance.

Course Learning Outcomes At the end of this course, it is aimed that the students shall gain mastery on the basic principles of liability insurance and acquire ability to resolve disputes that may arise within the framework of the relevant legal rules.
