Objective -In international investment law, it is to outline the state's responsibility for damages caused by foreign investors' actions or inactions by the host state or state bodies.

- Investment-related obligations of the state to foreign investors
- The source of the obligations that give rise to the state's responsibility
- Violations that give rise to state responsibility
- Conduct and result obligations
- Exceptions to wrongdoings
- Fault
- Damage
- Attribution of wrongdoings to State
- Application procedures for compensation for damage
- Calculation of damage
Course Learning Outcomes It is a practical demonstration of the state's responsibility towards foreign investors in the context of international investment law.
Teaching and Learning Methods Preparing presentations and discussing presentation topics with course resources within the framework of presentations and reaching a conclusion with participation.
