Objective The aim of the course is to gain knowledge about the principle and practice of equality in employment relations, monitoring and surveillance practices in the workplace, protection of the employee's private life, pysicological harassment and sexual harassment within the framework of comparative law and EU law.
Content Topics to be examined:
Within the framework of comparative law and EU law,
-The principle and practice of equality in employment relations
-Monitoring and surveillance applications in the workplace
-Protection of the worker's private living space
-Pysicological and sexual harassment
Course Learning Outcomes Within the framework of comparative law and EU law, students will be able to master the principles and practice of equality in employment relations, monitoring and surveillance practices in the workplace, protection of the employee's private life, moral harassment and sexual harassment, see how business relations are regulated and improve their legal reasoning skills in this field.
