Objective | The aim of the course is to teach the general principles of attorney law and the regulations regarding the Attorney Law. Within the scope of this course, students are informed about the concept of notification, sources of attorney law, concepts related to attorney law, the nature of the attorney-client relationship and the obligations of the parties arising from this relationship, relevant legislative provisions and problems in practice; It is aimed that students can use this information effectively in practice. |

Course Learning Outcomes |
Students who successfully complete this course will have the following competencies: - Understands the objectives specified in the course objective section and understands the principles of attorney law. - Learns the concepts and definitions of attorney law. - Learns the concepts of special authority and general authority, and information about the concept of power of attorney. - Understands the obligations of the parties in an attorney relationship, the consequences of not fulfilling them, and the relationship of the issue with the principles governing civil procedure law. - Achieves the competence to use knowledge regarding attorney law in practice. |
