Objective | The aim of the course is for students to have knowledge about the basic concepts of labor law, labor legislation and judicial precedents, and to improve their legal reasoning skills in this field. |
Content | After introducing the subject and basic concepts of labor law, employment contract law will be emphasized. During the course, practical studies will be carried out and current problems will be discussed. |
Course Learning Outcomes | Students will master the basic concepts of labor law and will see the obligations of the parties arising from the employment contract. They will be able to improve their legal reasoning skills as a result of examining and evaluating judicial precedents regarding labor law. |
