Content | Law of Obligations, Notion of the Obligation, Structure of the Obligation, Elements of the Obligation, Responsibility of the Debtor, Damage and its Compensation, Assignment of Claims and Assumption of Obligation, Termination of the Obligations, Sources of Obligations, Law of Contracts (real, literal, verbal and consensual contracts), Arrangements Outside the Contractual Scheme Of Classical Roman Law (Pacta and Innominate Real Contracts), Obligations Arising from Quasi contracts, Law of Delicts (Furtum- Rapina-Iniuria- Damnum inuria datum), Obligations Arising from Quasi Delicts, Liability for Others in Roman Law. |
Course Learning Outcomes |
Student will be able to determine, identify and restate legal problems and to use legal interpretation principals in an efficient manner in order to analyse and resolve a legal problem and in order to develop a strategy. Respecting universal principals and notions of law and the ethical standarts, good faith, fairness and equity principals; being sensitive to social problems, democracy, laicism and rule of law principal. |
