Course Learning Outcomes The students who successfully complete this course; learn the impact of their undergraduate level knowledge of civil procedural law and criminal procedure law on practice, have the skills to analyze legal problems and improve effective communication skills for the resolution of disputes and be able to critically evaluate the knowledge in the light of universal principles of law.
