Course Learning Outcomes |
1. To list the concepts and institutions related to technology and law and the relationships between these concepts and institutions. 2. To be aware of the legal regulations, judicial decisions, their development and scientific evaluations related to informatics and technology. 3. To identify the relationship between developing technology and law and monitors, examines, interprets, evaluates and criticizes current legislative texts, judicial decisions and scientific sources in the field with the methods provided by legal methodology. 4. To list the problems encountered in the practice of Information Technology Law. 5. To solve the legal problems encountered in the application of InformationTechnology Law. 6. To learn to inform the relevant persons and institutions on issues related to Information Technology Law; convey thoughts and suggestions for solutions to problems in written and verbally. 7. To defend and protect the character of the Republic of Turkey as a democratic, secular and social state of law based on the fundamental principles set forth at the beginning of the Constitution, respectful to human rights, loyal to Atatürk's nationalism, within the peace of society, national solidarity and sense of justice. 8. To have the honesty, justice and ethics required by being a lawyer. 9. To have the ability to try to ensure that concrete disputes are resolved fairly, to follow legal regulations and to take part in the judicial process within this framework. 10. To have embraced the universal principles of law; has the competence to perceive and solve legal problems in terms of the law that is and should be. |
