Objective This course is aimed to teach the basic concepts and methodology of Commercial Law.

Course Learning Outcomes Commercial business law will be explained for the first 7 weeks, and negotiable instrument law for the second 7-week period. In commercial business law; the establishment, functions, merchant, commercial business, unfair competition and brand issues of the commercial enterprise will be processed.

Regarding negotiable instrument law, it will be ensured that the student has the formation of the legal and internationally uniform regime of the negotiable instruments (bills of exchange, bonds, checks).
