Objective What is law? What are its sources? What are the factors which form the legal order? How does sociology look at law? What does sociology mean for law? The primary aim of this course is to study these questions (and others) by using theories and the concepts available in the literature of the sociology of law; and to investigate the relationship between the legal phenomena and the social phenomena through the examples of the news. The investigation will lead us to formulate questions about justice.
