Objective The purpose of this courses is to present one of the most studied aspects of international relations. The students will be thought divergent definitions of security and different theoretical approaches about those, and the strategies adopted by the states to reach an acceptable security level for them.

2. Will learn different security strategies adopted by the counties
3. Will analyse the world events through the lenses of security policies.
