| Objective | To develop written and oral expression ability and legal reasoning ability based on scientific studies, by consolidating the information in administrative procedure law in the light of current problems and jurisprudence. |

| Course Learning Outcomes |
Critical approach to the rights of administrative and judicial application of persons against administrative acts and actions according to the current issues. The ability to assess the meaning and purpose of administrative proceeding rules and the content and effects of problems that arise during the application of these rules. Reading of the current administrative judicial decisions and the evaluation of the consequences and changes in case law as a whole and their written and oral scientific presentation skills. In general, from the perspective of comparative law (Foreign Court Administrative Procedure Laws, European Human Rights Law and even Turkish and foreign Civil Procedure Laws), having a field dominance on the current problems of the Turkish Administrative Procedure Law and solutions to these problems by determining their actual place and importance. |
