Objective The objective is to present equality principle, surveillance of the employee at the workplace, protection of employee’s private life, mobbing, collective labour law and collective employment contract.
Content Equality principle, surveillance of the employee at the workplace, protection of employee’s fundamental social rights and private life, mobbing, syndical law and collective employment contract will be analysed.
Course Learning Outcomes The students will have a knowledge of equality principle, surveillance of the employee at the workplace, protection of employee’s fundamental social rights and private life, mobbing, syndical rights and collective employment contract.
