Objective | The aim of the course is to ensure that the students have basic knowledge about the clauses in the employment contract, the legislation and the jurisprudence of this subject and develop their legal reasoning skills in this area. |

Course Learning Outcomes | Students will have knowledge about the basic principles of clauses in the employment contract and the interpretation of these clauses. They will be able to improve their legal reasoning skills by examining and evaluating the jurisprudence and the studies in the doctrine related to the various clauses in the employment contract. |
