Objective The course aims to develop students’ skills of using the English language in the context of their legal practice. Students will learn legal terminology, make presentations in English and analyse legal precedents in English. As a side learning output, the course will also help students to improve their advocacy skills.
Content
Course Learning Outcomes Getting familiar with the use of English language in international disputes.
Teaching and Learning Methods Alongside the courses, significant court decisions&arbitral awards will be analysed and discussed in detail.
