Objective | This course, which is an introduction to the Engineering Management program, aims to provide students/participants of the program with information about basic engineering principles. In this way, it is aimed to ensure that they manage and lead their projects and businesses effectively and efficiently in the institution or business they are involved in. |
Content | Introduction to Engineering and Engineering Management and Basic Concepts, Historical development of management thought, principles and pioneers, Basic functions of management, Planning and estimation methods in planning, Control functions, Risk Management, Basic engineering calculations, Quality, Productivity, Performance Management. |
