Labor supply; Human capital and signaling theories; job search theory; labor demand; search and matching models; compensating wage differentials
Course Learning Outcomes
On the completion of the course students are expected to:
1. Analyze the dynamics of labor supply
2. Identify the relationship between education and labor market
3. Analyze the job search behavior of individuals
4. Analyze the labor demand
5. Use equilibrium unemployment theory
6. Have a basic knowledge of different wage determination mechanisms
