Objective The main objective of the course is to teach the individual labour relationship between employees and employers at a basic level. In this context, it is aimed to correctly interpret and resolve the disputes in this field under the guidance of doctrine and Yargıtay decisions.
Content The content of this course includes:

1. The concept, types and formation of employment contract.
2. Contractual rights and obligations between workers and employers.
3. Suspension and termination of the employment contract.
4. Consequences of termination of the employment contract such as job security and severance pay.
5. Labour regulations such as working and rest periods.


In this course, it is aimed to teach basic knowledge in the field of labour law and to interpret and solve disputes in these areas correctly based on doctrines and Yargıtay decisions.
Course Learning Outcomes At the end of the courses, students are expected to have the ability to identify and solve the problems in this field in the light of current literature discussions and judicial decisions by mastering the current developments in the field of individual labour law.
Teaching and Learning Methods After the lecture on the subject, studies based on the presentations of the students are carried out.
