Course Learning Outcomes
- Skills for finding, reading and understanding the relevant legislation
- Contemporary interpretation skills to enable students to understand the structure of the contracts of the administration
- Analytical skills to grasp the quality of the contracts of the administration.
- Analytical skills necessary for the understanding of the concession agreements within which the public service and the investment law takes place
- Understanding the legal regime of the contacts of public servants
- Understanding the regime for public tender contracts
- Skills for the comprehension of the objectives and effects of legal regimes for privatizations
