Objective | The aim of this course is to present and discuss different theories of law (natural law, historical and etic law approach). The discussions are based on a theorical framework. The discussions are about the critics after the french revolution (utilitarist, historical and traditional) and the debate about human rights today (universalisme/cultural relativisme). |
