Objective | The main objective of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts and techniques involved in managing today’s dynamic organization. Students will have an understanding of basic managerial practices as planning, organizing, leading and controlling. |

Course Learning Outcomes |
At the end of the course, students should: 1- explain and analyze key principles of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling in business organizations, 2- analyze and discuss various management theories and practices, 3- present analyses of and solutions to management problems, 4- evaluate various kinds of skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, leading people, and handling conflict in organizations, 5- develop their critical thinking, and oral and written communication skills. |
