Objective | The primary objective of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of the fundamental concepts of insurance law. |

Course Learning Outcomes |
- A practical knowledge of the most critical legal sources of insurance law. - Introduce students to the legal concepts and applications of insurance law to prepare them for postgraduate programs. |
Teaching and Learning Methods | By following the objective, for the participation of the students and to animate their attentions vis-à-vis the courses, a method based on the different opinions is followed. |
