Objective To ensure that students understand the importance and basic concepts of banking law.
Content In the light of the principles governing banking law, topics related to banking law such as BRSA, financial markets, bank types, credit system, establishment permission, Operation permission, corporate governance principles are covered at the basic level.
Course Learning Outcomes Students taking the course will have acquired introductory level knowledge of banking law.
