Objective |
To acquire basic notions of the law of obligations in Switzerland and to know the associated legal terminology. To get familiar with the vocabulary, the expressions and grammar of the legal language. To read and understand the judgement of the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland. To read and understand the articles of the Code of Obligations found in the judgement of the Federal Supreme Court in Switzerland. |
