- Finding, reading and understanding the principles and standards of public procurement law and case law concerning their applications - Understanding the scope of public procurement law relating to public and private law, by analyzing the legal and jurisprudential criteria of this distinction - Being able to resolve legal problems concerning the application of the principles of public procurement law - Understanding the administrative and special litigation procedures for public procurement disputes - Acquiring basic knowledge of public procurement contracts |
