Course Learning Outcomes The student:

1. Develops and deepens his/her knowledge of the concept of objective guarantees at the level of expertise.
2. Establishes a connection by comprehending the interaction between the concepts, institutions and methods of objective guarantees and other close social sciences.
3. Uses his/her expert level knowledge on objective guarantees in the analysis of problems related to legal theory and practice and related judicial decisions.
4. Interprets the knowledge at the level of expertise acquired in the field of objective guarantees by evaluating it together with the knowledge of different disciplines and form new knowledge based on them.
5. Analyses the problems encountered in the theory and practice of objective guarantees by using research methods specific to the field of law.
6. Independently conducts a study that requires expertise in the field of objective guarantees.
7. Evaluates the knowledge and skills at the level of expertise acquired in the field of objective guarantees with a critical approach and directs individual learning and research studies in this direction.
8. Systematically conveys in writing the current developments in the theory and practice of law and the course of judicial precedents with the knowledge at the level of expertise acquired in the field of objective guarantees.
9. Critically questions legal concepts and institutions, established legal practice and legal rules, and develops and attempts to change them when necessary.
10. Uses computer software and information and communication technologies, online research databases and case law banks at an advanced level required by the field of law.
11. Internalises social, scientific and ethical values in the processes of acquiring, processing and evaluating information related to the field of private law.
12. Develops and teaches the understanding of honesty, justice and ethics required by being a lawyer.
