Objective This course aims to provide students with basic information about banking law contracts and current developments in financial law.
Content Within the scope of the course, banking law issues such as loan agreements, deposit agreements, project finance and sustainability are discussed.
Course Learning Outcomes Students taking the course will be aware of the current developments in banking law and will have information about some bank law agreements, especially the loan agreement.
