Objective The course aims to develop students’ skills of using the English language in the context of their legal practice. Students will learn legal terminology, make presentations in English, write submissions and draft decisions in English. As a side learning output, the course will also help students to improve their advocacy skills.

• Preparation for drafting memorial and counter-memorial in the chosen moot court
