Objective | To obtain information on the salient features of the contracts between foreign investors and the state or state institutions, and the disputes arising from such contracts. |
Content |
Contracts with foreign element. Special legal situations in concluding these contracts with state or government organizations. Law applicable to such contracts. Dispute resolution procedures of legal disputes that may arise from the contracts. Bilateral investment protection treaties. ICSID Convention. |
