This course will provide to 1. Have command of the fundamental and contemporary concepts and theories explaining the human behavior in workplace. 2. Identify psychological and socio-cultural factors influencing the human behavior in workplace. 3. Analyze the cases according to the learnt concepts, theories and influencing factors. 4. Bring some solutions for managerial problems linked with learnt concepts and theories 5. Make research proposals by identifying managerial applications and problems. |
