Objective
To make students be closely acquainted with Common Law legal system and make their skills at the legal interpretation improve.
Course Content
In this course, basic concepts of English law will be taught and court decisions, contracts and law texts will be examined.
Course Learning Outcomes
It is aimed that the students will be able to read the texts to be announced before the lessons and to understand what is told in the lecture.
