Course Learning Outcomes |
1. Students will be able to define basic concept related to retail management and synthesize them with academic knowledge. 2. Students will be able to follow new trends in retailing and develop competition strategies in that way. 3. Students will be able to make analyzes and develop strategies about product, price, distribution and promotion in retailing. 4. Students will be able to make location, commerce zone and areas analyze and interpret geographic information systems. 5. Students will be able to make analyzes about customer relationship management and create service strategies. |
