Objective 1- To teach Basic Law, Maritime Law and their details
2- To introduce the international maritime law conventions and teach the details
Content The regulation rules of social life, definition of different braches of the law, function of the courts, the system of civil code, explanations of the first seven articles, debts, personnel rights, the source of debts, introduction to the law of commerce, trading, articles, business organization, definition of international law. Introduction to Maritime Public Law/Law of the Sea; Specifications and Divisions of Maritime Public Law, Maritime International Law, Sovereignty of States on the Seas, International Regulations Regardıng Protection and Keeping Makine Environment;, International Regulations Sea Pollution; MARPOL 73-78; LDC (London) 1972,; International Convention Relating to Intervention on High Seas in Cases of Oil Pollution Casualties INTERVENTION 1969; CLC 1969; International Regulational Regulations Regarding Marine Safety: Load Line Convention 1966; SOLAS; Rules Regarding Wireless Communication; STCW 1978-1995; Tonnage-1969; International Regulations Regarding Maritime Public Law;Ship, Ship Registry Flag, Related Documents to be Carried on Board According to the Internal and International Regulations, Class Associations and Functions of Them; Master and Pilot; Maritime Penal Law, Maritime Administrative law, International Regulations Regarding Social Security Law.

III. To learn the details of Maritime Labour, Administrative, Social Security law,
